Over the years we have developed skills in repairing most hardware items such as Laptops, PCS, MACS and Servers. Work can be carried out on or offsite depending upon the situation. We also have a sound understanding of electronics and can undertake repairs to most other electronic or electro-mechanical equipment such as printers, scanners, monitors and power supplies.

Software related problems are also common with computers and can include a whole range of situations ranging from operating systems becoming corrupt to the effects of viruses and malware. Investigations can be very time consuming, but with our extensive experience we have learnt to identify problems quickly and take corrective measures to prevent further damage. In worst case scenarios, provided data is retrievable, we will also offer to backup the customers data and transfer it to new or re-installed systems.
