We also have a sound understanding of electronics and can service most other electronic or electro-mechanical equipment such as printers, scanners and power supplies.

Software related problems are also common with computers and can include a whole range of situations ranging from operating systems becoming corrupt to the effects of viruses and malware attacks. Investigations can be very time consuming, but with our extensive experience we have learnt to identify problems quickly and take corrective measures to prevent further damage. In worst case scenarios valuable data can usually be retrieved from damaged systems and transferred to new or re-installed systems.

Over time most IT systems will start to deteriorate and often develop problems such as slow operation, data corruption or even complete malfunction. We offer support either on an ad-hoc basis or under a maintenance contract where we will endeavour to rectify any problems and return your systems to full running order
